Capacitive Touch Screens: The Efficient Interactive Core of Automated Equipment

In automated scenarios such as industrial automation, intelligent warehousing, and medical equipment, capacitive touch screens have become core interactive components. Relying on intuitive touch control and precise feedback, they replace traditional buttons and knobs, significantly improving the operational efficiency of equipment.

At the application level:

• After equipping PLC control cabinets in industrial production lines and machine tool operation panels with capacitive screens, staff can call up production parameters and modify process flows with a light touch, adapting to high-frequency adjustment scenarios such as automobile welding and electronic assembly.

• For AGV scheduling terminals and sorting equipment in intelligent warehousing, touch screens enable real-time updates of cargo information and adjustment of sorting paths, facilitating unmanned operation.

• In medical automated equipment like biochemical analyzers and infusion pumps, touch screens realize parameter setting and data visualization, reducing operational errors and improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency.

 In terms of performance requirements:

• Environmental adaptability is crucial. Industrial workshops require the screens to withstand a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃, reach an IP65 or higher dustproof and waterproof rating, and resist electromagnetic interference and vibration.

• For touch control, they need to support glove operation with a glove thickness of up to 5mm, ensure a touch accuracy of ≤1mm and a response time of ≤5ms to prevent false touches.

• For display, they need to have a high brightness of ≥1000 nits and anti-glare function under strong light, while optimizing color performance indoors.
